Learning recall does not mean your dog is ready to be off leash in every situation. Use suitable controlled settings and follow local leash rules. This recall program does not promise to resolve reactivity or include additional behaviour services.

The program gives your dog 9 individual sessions over three weeks, with the same trainer and repeated practice. We work towards come, stop and stay and show you their progress on video. Your dog’s starting point, the distractions and your ongoing practice all matter. The program’s guarantee is explained separately; it is not a promise of permanent behaviour in every situation.

We train your dog, then give you a separate 45-minute owner coaching session at the end of the program. We show you the commands, timing and rewards so you can practise together at home and on your own walks.

Tell us what you have tried, what helped and where you are still having difficulty. We discuss your dog’s current skills and behaviour during the suitability process. Previous training does not automatically rule your dog in or out; we need to understand their starting point.

You receive videos and updates from those sessions, then a separate owner coaching session to learn how to use the skills yourself. Online information can explain an exercise; this program includes someone working directly with your dog.

Yes. Dog training is like going to the gym: regular practice helps maintain skills and supports continued improvement. Completing the program builds a foundation, but you still need to reinforce commands and desired behaviour afterwards.

• Gradually practise in different settings and around distractions, at a level your dog can manage.
• Missing a day does not mean your dog suddenly forgets everything. Focus on a sustainable routine over time.

If your dog hasn’t learned to come, stop and stay in 21 days, we’ll keep training them at no extra cost until they do. We confirm the program start date, training goals and schedule in writing before you continue. The trial counts as session one. We show you the skills on video and arrange any additional training covered by the guarantee with you.

We collect your dog, work on come, stop and stay, and bring them home. Pickup, training and return all fit within 45 minutes. We adapt the exercises to your dog’s response and gradually increase difficulty as they progress. You can follow the session with GPS tracking and receive a training video and short update afterwards.

Yes. Each session lasts 45 minutes in total, including pickup, training and return travel. This is a focused training program, rather than a separate exercise-walking service.

Yes. We provide water breaks, especially on hot days, and adapt activity, rest and outdoor time to your dog and the conditions. Your dog’s safety comes first. We won’t continue outdoor training in unsafe conditions; we’ll contact you to discuss a safer alternative.

Your free trial is a full 45-minute session, including pickup, training and return. We then show you how the program works and discuss suitability. You decide whether to continue, with no obligation. If you continue, the trial counts as the first of your 9 program sessions; if you do not, the trial stays free.

The fixed program price is AUD $2,665, including GST. The trial is free with no obligation to continue. If you choose to continue, it counts as session one and the fixed program price is paid in advance of the remaining sessions. There is no recurring membership or automatic renewal.

Once you commit to the fixed program, there is no change-of-mind cancellation or refund and no membership termination notice. Give at least 48 hours’ written notice to request a different session time, subject to availability.
