Not always. We check your dog’s sleeping habits, health and behaviour before confirming whether our overnight care is suitable.

Your dog will stay with us in our own home, with people around to keep them company and care for them throughout their stay.

Your dog receives three 30-minute walks every day, for a total of 90 minutes of daily walking.

Training is not included in the boarding price.

If a regular weekday training session falls during their stay, it goes ahead as usual.

Yes. You’ll receive a photo and a short update each day during your dog’s stay.

Tell us about any relevant health or behaviour changes, medication, separation anxiety or difficulty being around other dogs.

We confirm whether the overnight arrangements can meet their needs before accepting the stay.

The nightly price depends on your dog’s weight:

• Under 10 kg: $95
• 10 to 20 kg: $100
• Over 20 to 35 kg: $118
• Over 35 kg: $129

All prices are per dog, per night. We confirm the full cost before payment.

Bring feeding instructions and any agreed essentials. You can provide enough of your dog’s usual food for the full stay, or arrange for us to supply food at an extra cost. We agree the food and price before the stay. We’ll send you a packing list before arrival.

Tell us about medication or special care requirements before booking so we can confirm whether we can accommodate them.

Drop-off is by arrangement from 2:30 pm on arrival day, and pickup is by 2:30 pm on departure day, Sydney time. Each paid night covers that period; arriving later does not move the pickup deadline. For example, a Friday-to-Sunday stay is two nights, with pickup by 2:30 pm on Sunday. Your dog stays with us between those dates.

A planned extension beyond 2:30 pm on departure day must be agreed in advance, depends on availability and costs one additional night at your dog’s nightly rate. We confirm the revised total with you. The late pickup fee does not cover an extension.

Owners arrange drop-off and collection, and we confirm the location and times before booking. There is a charge of $25 per late pickup or drop-off. Please contact us promptly if you expect to be late.

Once we’ve confirmed availability, suitability and the booking details, we send you a payment link for any paid nights. Paid stays are only booked and reserved once full payment is received.

Give at least 48 hours’ written notice before your agreed drop-off time to cancel a boarding booking. Changes to dates are subject to availability. Paid boarding charges are not refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ written notice. We confirm refund arrangements for cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice before payment. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.
