Practising these in everyday situations helps your dog use the skills outside their sessions.

Walking and training start in the first session. You’ll receive an update showing what your dog practised.

Progress varies with your dog’s starting point, the skills involved and practice between sessions. Reports and videos help you follow how they respond over time.

Your dog doesn’t need to arrive perfectly trained. We discuss their needs before agreeing to sessions, including pulling on the lead, getting overexcited and ignoring you when you call.

Tell us about behaviour such as barking or lunging at other dogs, or difficulty putting on a lead, so we can discuss suitability before you join.

No. We agree home access before you start, so sessions can happen while you’re at work.

Sessions are private, with one trainer focused on your dog. The membership includes two sessions each week; it does not include occasional walks or group sessions.

Client-missed sessions do not normally roll over and are non-refundable. Documented veterinary circumstances may qualify for rollover under the service agreement.

Rescheduling depends on availability and the notice requirements in your service agreement.

We serve all of Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Tell us your suburb when you enquire so we can discuss scheduling and availability.

Yes. We give dogs water breaks during training and walks, especially on hot days. We adjust activity and rest to your dog’s needs and the conditions.

Sessions can continue in rain and in very cold or very hot weather only where we can adapt them safely for your dog. We consider their age, health and comfort as well as the conditions.

In hot weather, we prioritise water breaks, shade, rest and lower-intensity activity. In rain or cold, we adjust outdoor time and seek shelter where needed.

Your dog’s safety comes first. We won’t continue outdoor training or walking in unsafe conditions. If needed, we’ll contact you to agree a safer alternative.

Yes, by prior arrangement and following your instructions. Tell us what your dog needs before the visit so we can confirm the care we can provide, including feeding or medication.

Membership runs month to month. Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice because your recurring sessions reserve time in the schedule.

If you send us a written request under the Service First Guarantee within the first seven days of your initial billing cycle, we refund your first payment and end the membership without a cancellation charge.

We discuss your dog’s behaviour, your routine and what you’d like help with.

We explain the sessions, answer your questions and check availability. If the membership is suitable and you want to join, we explain the next steps.

There’s no obligation to become a member.

Yes. Active Canine Reset clients can book paid boarding, subject to overnight suitability and availability. Boarding nights are not included in membership. We confirm dates, care arrangements and the full price before you book.

Boarding is charged separately, with the full price agreed before booking. Both Walk + Train and Private Walk include a surprise bag of treats for your dog every month.
